Subject: Staff Augmentation Services Consultant Agreement No. D-19-717, Consent to
Agreement Extension
Staff Augmentation Services Consultant Agreement No. D-19-717 (formerly Agreement No. SA-
19-04) for On-Call Staff Augmentation Services will expire on May 10, 2021 unless it is extended
by mutual consent prior to that date. Article V, Section A the of Agreement states the Agreement
shall end on the second anniversary of the execution date, unless prior to its expiration its term is
extended in writing, for no more than one additional one-year term, by mutual consent of the
Department of Public Works and Planning Director or designee and the Consultant.
The Department wishes to extend the Agreement for the additional one-year term. With your
signature, Provost & Pritchard Engineering, Inc. agrees to extend the performance period of
Agreement No. D-19-717 until May 10, 2022.
