Reference is made to our contract number 250161F dated March 21,2005 covering rubber
stamps, engraved signage and other similar and related products.
Agreement No. 250161F shall be amended as follows:
1. The agreement's terms shall be extended for two (2) years commencing on April 1,2010
and ending on March 31,2012.
2. The Discount Schedule as contained in the original agreement shall be deleted in its
entirety; the attached Discount Schedule, dated March 1, 2010, shall be inserted in its
place and become effective as of April 1,2010.
Acknowledge your acceptance by returning all pages of the signed original of this letter to my
office, retaining a copy for your files.
