Re: Termination of Lease Agreement L-281
Mr. George Kosla and the County of Fresno executed a Lease Agreement 13-511 (L-281 ), dated August
20, 2013 for approximately 23,500 square feet of office space, together with common area parking, at
the location commonly known as 3800 & 3810 McCall Ave, Selma, CA 93662 .
Accordingly, the County wishes to confirm the termination date of the Agreement 13-511 (L-281) to be
effective March 31, 2021. As per Section 3 of Agreement No. 20-045 (L-337) our prior written
notification of Rent Commencement Date, dated January 26, 2021 and executed by both Parties served
as notification of termination of Agreement No. 13-511 (L-281).
