Please reference Agreement Number 250059E between Professional Police Supply and the
County of Fresno.Such Agreement allows for the County's purchase of Air Purifying
Respirators and Accessories from your company.
The terms and conditions of said Agreement might restrict its use to specifically named County
Departments and or Divisions.You are hereby notified that the County's District Attorney has
now been added to the list of Departments and Divisions that are authorized to make purchases
against Agreement No.250059E.
The District Attorney will determine which of its personnel are authorized to initiate orders
against the Agreement.It will be the responsibility of Professional Police Supply to maintain a
current list of such individuals and accept orders only from the listed people.

3959.You are advised to contact this person to obtain the names of the persons authorized to
use the agreement,delivery information and invoicing details.
All other terms and conditions of the Agreement shall remain unchanged.Please contact Cathi
