miscellaneous other items is amended as follows:
The County of Fresno hereby accepts your price increase notice dated January 7, 2021 to be effective
immediately in accordance with the terms and conditions of our Contract Number P-17-047-S and
Revised Attachment A .All orders placed prior to January 21, 2021 will be priced in accordance
with current contract pricing.
