Contract Number 240197E covering Maintenance Service for John Deere Tractor is amended as
follows:
Empire Equipment dba Nortrax has requested that its responsibilities under Agreement
No.240197E (The Agreement)be transferred to Pape'Machinery
Pape'Machinery agrees to accept all Contractor responsibilities and obligations as set
forth under "The Agreement".
County agrees that Pape'Machineryshall become the "Contractor"as defined under "The
Agreement".
Pape'Machineryshall henceforth be known as the "Contractor"under "The Agreement".
Pape'Machinery shall be responsible for performingthe Contractor's obligations under
"The Agreement"in accordance with the terms,conditions,requirements and
specifications of Agreement No.240197E.
Each party acknowledges acceptance to this Amendment by signing below.Each signatory shalt
be an individualwith the authority to legally bind the entity.
Please acknowledge your acceptance by returning all pages of the signed originalof this letter to
my office,retaining a copy for your files.
