The County of Fresno desires to extend this contract for an additional one (1) year period effective April 1, 2021 through March 31, 2022. Prices will be firm for the contract period. Amendment provisions shall remain in full force and effect with any contract renewals. The County of Fresno hereby accepts your price increase notice dated March 3, 2021 to be effective April 1, 2021 in accordance with the terms and conditions of our Contract Number P-17-084-P and the (Revised Attachment). All orders placed prior to April 1, 2021 will be priced in accordance with current contract pricing. Maximum: In no event shall services performed and/or fees paid under this Agreement be in excess of seven hundred fifty thousand dollars, ($750,000.00).
