HomeMy WebLinkAbout32617"4. COMPENSATION/INVOICING : COUNTY agrees to pay CONTRACTOR
2 and CONTRACTOR agrees to receive compensation as follows each month upon
3 subm ission of monthly activity reports as described in Exhibit B. For the period of July
4 1, 2015 through June 30 , 20 17, COUNTY shall pay CONTRACTOR $2 ,083.33 per
5 month. For the period of July 1, 2017 through June 30, 2018 , COUNTY shall pay
6 CONTRACTOR $2,473.91 per month. CONTRACTOR shall submit monthly invoices
7 to the County of Fresno Administrative Office at 2280 Tulare Street , Room 304 ,
8 Fresno , CA 93721. COUNTY shall rem it payment for services within thirty (30) days of
9 receipt of each monthly service activity report and service invoice.
10 In no event shall services performed under this Agreement be in excess of
II $79 ,687 during the term of this Agreement. It is understood that all expenses
12 incidental to CONTRACTOR 'S performance of services under this Agreement shall be
13 borne by CONTRACTOR."
14 COUNTY and CONTRACTOR agree that this First Amendment is sufficient to amend
15 the Agreement and , that upon execution of this First Amendment, the Agreement and th is
16 First Amendment together shall be considered the Agreement.
17 The Agreement , as he reby amended , is ratified and continued. All provisions , terms ,
18 covenants , conditions and promises contained in the Agreement and not amended herein
19 shall remain in full force and effect.
